See Broadway Stars' High School Playbills
Yesterday's theatre kids are today's Tony nominees. See Joy Woods, Fina Strazza, and more as they appeared in their high school Playbills.

Today's theatre kids are tomorrow's Tony nominees. Every year budding theatre artists all across the country get their start in their school play or musical. Since 2013, Playbill has provided programs for high school theatre departments via our program-building service Playbillder, which means there are performers on Broadway right now whose headshots and bios appeared in a Playbill program long before they made it to the Main Stem. (And in the case of former child star Fina Strazza, one performer who appeared on Broadway before appearing in her high school Playbill—and then coming back to Broadway!)
For Playbill's Back to School week, we dug into our archives and found the high school Playbills of some of today's Broadway stars (and we asked those stars for permission before publishing). From Joy Woods to Casey Likes, take a look below at where these talented performers started, and where they are now! It's a reminder that today's talented high schoolers are tomorrow's Broadway stars.
