Playbill is proud to unveil the complete redesign of our make-your-own-Playbill website, Playbillder!

Rebuilt from the ground up, the new site pairs a cleaner, more intuitive design tool with faster onboarding, built-in show templates, a brand-new show search, and much more. Together, these new updates allow users to go from blank page to print-ready Playbill programs in a fraction of the time.

First launched in 2014 and with over 6 million programs printed to date, Playbillder gives schools, community theatres, event leaders, and countless additional groups the opportunity to create authentic, Broadway-style Playbill programs for their shows and events. The online tool is the only authorized way to get that iconic yellow and black Playbill logo at the top of your program, which instantly lets your attendees know they are in for a magical experience.

Building your Playbill program is easier than ever. With the launch of the all-new Playbillder, the program-creation tools have been re-built from the ground up using feedback from our fabulous customers. Long-time users will find an updated interface with newly added features, like the ability to organize pages in any order, new Broadway-style separated headshot and bio page templates, a dramatically expanded collaboration program that allows multiple accounts to work together on programs, and more.

2. Seamless Integration with Playbill Express® 

When using Playbillder, the Playbill Express feature now allows you to search through our database of thousands of titles to find your next production in just a few clicks, thanks to our partnership with all leading licensing companies, including Music Theatre International, Concord Theatricals, Theatrical Rights Worldwide, Andrew Lloyd Webber Show Licensing and Josef Weinberger, Ltd. Once found, your Playbill journey can begin with just the click of a button!

3. Collaborate on Your Program!

Since our launch, we have been delighted to see theatre fans use Playbillder to create programs for their dream cast productions, birthdays, weddings, parties, and other special events. And if you want to collaborate on the creation of the program, that's possible, too! You can add collaborators onto a Playbillder-in-progress by adding their email. This integration lets your fellow event organizers—student producers, wedding parties, anyone you choose!—help in designing the perfect Playbill program for any occasion.

4. Print like a Pro With Playbill!

From Playbill’s Professional Printing Services to print-at-home options, we make it easy to bring your Playbill program to life with the quality your production deserves. All Playbillder users have the option to get professionally printed and bound Playbill programs delivered right to your venue, just like at a Broadway show.
