Evelyn Webster

as Rafiki (Cast A)

Evelyn Webster, a 7th grader, is playing the role of Rafiki in the Lion King, Jr. When she is not Rafiki, she plays the lead dancer of the lionesses. Evelyn loves the Stuart Hobson theater community since she joined in 6th grade when she was in the ensemble for 13, the Musical. A lot of work has gone into this production and she hopes you enjoy the show!

Alyssa Tucker as Rafiki (Cast B)

Alyssa is an 8th grader and first year member of the Dramaplayers. She has fully embraced the unique characteristics of her role and wants to do her very best in her debut. Alyssa has a twin brother who is featured in the drumline band and wants to dedicate her performance to her family.

Anna Sullivan as Zazu (Cast A)

Hello audience members! My name is Anna Sullivan, and I am a theatre nerd in the 7th grade. Being part of the SHMS dramaplayers has really helped define my acting abilities and explore what I need to learn. I was in the ensemble last year for 13! I am ready for another fabulous show! I hope you will enjoy yourself, and please, don't get eaten by the hyenas!

Tyne McNamara

as Zazu (Cast B)

Tyne McNamara (she/her) is a 7th grade theater enthusiast and complete nerd. “The Lion King '' presented by Stuart Hobson Middle School is her first performance in which she plays Zazu, and she is completely enthralled by experiences she has learned from and the family she has made. When she was in kindergarten she participated in the (first) lion king, where her love for theater blossomed - and is now so excited to partake in the lion 2.0 and live out her childhood dreams. She hopes for you to enjoy the show - and to NEVER trust those slobering, mangy, stupid pochers - also know as hyennas.
