Cody Carlton
Director
Cody Carlton (www.CodyCarlton.com) is thankful to be wrapping up his third year at Sparkman High School and has recently been honored as the system wide secondary teacher of the year. Cody has taught acting, theatrical design, and theatre history at both the collegiate and secondary education levels since 2015. His proudest accomplishment is being the father of Jack Elias Carlton.

Emily Peddycoart
Choreography
Emily has been dancing for 16 years and is currently on the University of North Alabama dance team. She danced at Heidi Knight School of Dance and was the captain for the Sparkman Dance team for 2 years. She would like to say thank you to everyone involved in this production and all the hard work they have put in to make it happen. Emily would also like to thank Cody Carlton for giving her this opportunity and believing while also supporting her throughout this whole journey!

Mellisa Bullard
Tap Choreography
Melissa Bullard has been teaching tap at The Dance Company in Madison for 13 years. She grew up dancing for a local studio studying tap, jazz, ballet and pointe. As a company dancer there, she was a member of several tap numbers that won regional and national awards. Melissa has taught students of many experience levels, ranging from 5 years old to adults. She loves watching her students progress and gain confidence in their abilities. This is her 2nd year to choreograph a tap number for Sparkman Theatre and she is excited to be back with this group of hard working and talented kids. When she isn't teaching dance, Melissa's "day job" is isn Serco, Inc. as a Project Manager. She and her husband Brad are parents to Eric, a 2019 Sparkman graduate, and Kate, a junior at Sparkman and featured dancer in this production of The Little Mermaid.

Ezekiel Dance
Wigs
Ezekiel is happy to be a part of this amazing production in his senior year, and he has learned so much working in the hair and makeup department on styling the wigs for this show. He has loved being involved with the theatre program throughout his time at Sparkman.
