    Director

    is thrilled to direct Grease with these super talented students. Mrs. Dellinger has been teaching high school theater for twenty three years and has directed over seventy productions in her career. She is so thankful to have a Technical Director this year in Mrs. Shelby Pressley. She would also like to thank Ms. Whiting for her awesome choreography and senior Anna Wehr who served as musical director for this production. Finally, she would like to thank all of the technical theater students who help her remember stuff and help keep her organized...you know who you are <3

    Shelby Pressley

    Technical Director

    is a North Carolina native but super excited to have joined the Wildcat family. She has ten years of teaching experience and has directed over fifteen shows in her career. She has a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Education from Appalachian State University (Go APPS!) Mrs. Pressley is a wife and mother of 2 toddlers, who keep her incredibly busy. She would like to say thanks to the techies in class and backstage for all of their hard work and dedication to this production, to the tech leadership for teaching her as much as she has hopefully taught them, and finally a huge thank you to Mrs. Dellinger for being such a great role model, mentor, and friend. “Break a Leg!”

    Megan Whiting

    Choreographer

    is a Dance Educator, Coach, and Choreographer from Lexington, South Carolina. This is her second year of teaching at Lexington High School and fifth year as the Assistant Coach of the Lexington Varsity Dance Team. Coach Whiting attended The University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance and Choreography along with her K-12 teaching license in Dance Education. She has performed for many professional choreographers such as Janet Lilly, Clarice Young, Duane Cyrus, and more. After graduation, she returned to South Carolina to begin her career in public education. As a Lexington High School alum, Coach Whiting loves the Wildcat family and enjoys sharing her passion for dance with her students. She is grateful for this second year as the co-teacher for Theatre 3 Honors and has enjoyed her time spent working on Grease with her sweet students.
