Senior Bios

 

Elsa Thomas (Mrs. Corney)- This is Elsa’s 5th production at Cedar Crest. She has previously appeared in Footloose, Addams Family, Wizard of Oz, and played the role of Mrs. Darling in Peter Pan last fall. After high school, Elsa plans to attend Millersville University to major in Elementary Education. Elsa would like to thank her family for always supporting her, and her directors present and past for helping her to become a better actress and always encouraging her to do her best. She would also like to thank all of her friends for giving her some of the best friendships and experiences to come out of high school, she couldn’t do this without them!

 

 

Joshua Trovinger (Bill Sikes)- Has played the roles of, Willard Hewitt in Footloose, Lucas Beineke in The Addams Family, and the Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz (his favorite roll). After high school, Josh plans to attend Juniata College majoring in Environmental Engineering and singing with the Juniata College Concert Choir. Josh would like to thank all of his friends who have made these productions some of the best memories of high school. Josh also would like to thank his directors from previous shows who made an impact on his life on the CCHS stage. Lastly Josh wants to thank his family for always pushing him to do his best and support him in everything he does.

 


Liz Wilson (Mrs. Sowerberry) has been involved in theater since the 6th grade and has been in the high school productions of Footloose, Addams Family and Wizard of Oz (where she gave a show stopping performance of Tree number one). Liz is going to attend a 4 year college to major Broadcast Video. She would like to give a thanks to all of her cast and crew for being a second family, Mrs. Pierce for teaching her to sing higher notes than she ever thought she would ever be able to, Ms. Emily for teaching her two left feet how to dance and Mrs. Pohlkotte for teaching her how to use her loud voice (and personality) on stage. Lastly she would like to give a special extra thank you to her family Laura, Jason, and Kaylee for being her biggest supporters and her little sister Brooklyn for being her best friend on and off the stage.
