ACT 1
Scene 1
Prospera creates a great tempest and causes Queen Alonso and her entourage to be shipwreck on a strange island.
Scene 2
Prospera meets with her daughter Miranda to explain their past with the help of the Ariels, the island spirits. Prospera speaks with their captive Caliban. Ferdinand, the son of the Queen, by magic, finds his way to them.
Scene 3
Alonso searches for her son after the shipwreck with Gonzalo, Sebastian, and Antonio.
Scene 4
Caliban encounters Trinculo and Stephano and plots with them to over through Prospera
Scene 5
Ferdinand and Miranda fall in love
Scene 6
Sebastian and Antonio plot to murder Queen Alonso and Gonzalo.
ACT 2
Scene 1
Caliban leads Trinculo and Stephano through the island while the Ariels play tricks on them.
Scene 2
Alonso, Gonzalo, Antonio, Sebastian are confronted by the Ariels and put under a magic spell.
Scene 3
Ferdinand and Miranda get married.
Scene 4
Caliban, Trinculo, and Stephano arrive at Prospera's home, but their attack is thwarted by the Ariels
