Chrissy Burns
Director, Choreographer, and Music Director
Chrissy Burns (Director) is a former Miss El Cajon (1997) and is thrilled to return to her pageant roots with all of the emerging “YAT royalty”. She has previously directed Into the Woods and Snoopy here at YAT. As a repeat offender in the Directing category she has nabbed several awards for hightailing it with the hoofers on 42nd Street & terrorizing the masses with the merry murderesses of Chicago, among others. She has also served as Associate Director at the Old Globe for Rich Girl. Chrissy has worked as an actor in dozens of theatrical productions throughout San Diego. Chrissy is a private Vocal Coach training the songbirds of tomorrow for a successful career in the performing arts. She has a passion for teaching and loves watching her students grow and achieve their full potential. Much love to her wife Jessica and the studio mascot Tater Tot! SingWithChrissy.com

Andria Elam
Pageant Coordinator
Performing since she was 4, Andria is an accomplished dancer and vocalist. One of Andria's most memorable jobs was performing at Disneyland for three years as part of their world-famous Character Department. She was also a professional cheerleader for 4 years for the San Diego Sockers. Andria competed in pageants for 10 years. She is a former local titleholder with both the Miss America and Miss USA organizations and placed in the Top 10 at each state pageant. After being crowned Miss California with the Miss Galaxy Organization, she was 2nd runner-up at the international pageant in Florida. Andria currently works as a singer, dancer and stilt walker for several entertainment companies, and teaches Ballroom Dancing. When not performing, she can be found with her off-the-track Thoroughbred, Cranky Jack. Andria and Jack are training to compete in Hunters later this year.

Erik Mayuiers
Stage Manager
Erik Mayuiers is happy to be working on YATs’ production of Smile with friend and director Chrissy Burns. Erik Mayuiers is a past alumni at Granite Hills High School, he has been in several shows such as John Lennon & Me, 12 Angry Jurors, Titus in The Curious Savage and Wilbur in Hairspray. Erik is also a phenomenal improvisational actor and hosts his own improv sessions with now a close group of friends. Erik graduated with accolades such as Best Male Actor, Best Minor Actor for Titus Savage, and an NYA nominee for his performance as Wilbur.
