So many people have given their time to make Twelfth Night a reality. Thank you to Nic Moore and Jen Boynton for trusting White Hill with Shakespeare! Nic has given so much of himself to bring this challenging play to life. We were so fortunate to have Kristin Bakowski as our incredible set designer and Michael Kessell playing double duty as both the sound and lighting director. Thank you to Arinn Testa for your amazing costume work and to Elaine Cotillard for coordinating all the props - those swords were a lot of work! Special thanks to Michael Kessell for running the Kids Tech department. Our videographer extraordinaire was Alan Fitch - thank you for all your efforts. Many thanks to Thom Chiaramonte for your creative poster and program art and to Sararose Benham for the program layout.

Shows like this could never happen without the incredible force that is the YES Foundation. And the woman driving it all, of course, is YES Theater Program Manager and Production Manager, Anna Barker. Thank you, Anna, for your tireless work on behalf of the arts, stepping in to handle costumes, fielding parent emails, and generally steering this ship from beginning to end! In addition to Anna, we owe a huge debt to Sararose Benham as the Theatre Arts Chair, and to the wonderful Zoe Tran, YES Intern.

We could not do this without all the parent volunteers! Even through the cold, rain, and dark, you showed up to paint sets, bring food, and supervise students. When we match our actions to our words, everyone can see how much this means to us and our kids. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your kids have put in so much work and you can all be proud of how hard they worked to bring Twelfth Night to the stage.

A Note from YES Theater

We are so fortunate to live in a community that values the arts! Our children are the beneficiaries of a program that teaches them to be confident public speakers, to collaborate as a team, to appreciate how to work really hard for a reward that is hard to see, and so much more.

I would like to thank YES Theater Lead, Sararose Benham for her support and hard work on show programs and managing ticket sales.  Sararose has also been a strong advocate of the program's continued growth and improvement, and I welcome her into this role this year!

I've been fortunate to work with an amazing intern this year, Zoe Tran. Zoe asked to intern with the Kid Tech program but has never turned down any task and has been the best co-worker I could have asked for. I'm excited to follow her next steps. Thank you, Zoe. You have my gratitude and admiration.

My appreciation to YES Executive Director, Chelsea Donovan, the YES Foundation Board, and all of its supporters for providing our children with Music, Art & Theater. The YES Foundation values a complete education that includes the arts and takes an active role in ensuring their quality and sustainability.

Please enjoy the show!

Anna Barker, YES Theater Program Manager
