Olivia Veale

as Dorothy

Olivia is a grade 5 student at Wolfville and is “over the rainbow” to be Dorothy. She studies voice and piano under Susan Dworkin and hopes to soon begin guitar. She recently won the 12 & Under Trophy for Voice at the 2014 Music Festival and is a member of the Jr Honour Choir. When not wearing red, sparkly heels, she can be found playing basketball & soccer and plans to take up golf this summer.
Emma Rushton

as Toto

Woof ruff ruff gruff yipe yipe grrrrrrr..(oh sorry, you can't speak dog can you?) Allow us to translate: Emma is a grade 5 student at Wolfville School. When not menacing in Miss Gulch's garden she can be found on the basketball court, at the golf course, or enjoying her time playing outside. Emma is having a great time with the role of Toto and is really looking forward to the performance!!
Nathan Biro

as Hunk / Scarecrow

Nathan is a Grade 4 student in Mr. Belliveau’s class. He loves building with Lego and Minecraft. He also takes drum lessons, and plays soccer and basketball. This is his first time in a lead role. He is falling over with excitement to be playing the Scarecrow. Cheese!
Hannah Moore

as Hickory / Tin Man

Hannah is excited to leave her "heart"on the stage as she plays the role of the TinMan.Hannah is a grade five student who loves to sing, play piano and write music. In her spare time you can find Hannah skiing down the slopes of Martock, swimming, teeing off at Kenwo or reading in her hammock. She is glad you are here to travel down the yellow brick road with her on this exciting journey!
Sky Messom

as Zeke / Lion

Sky is a grade 5 student who enjoys skateboarding and cream of mushroom soup with "Premium Plus" crackers! He is no stranger to the stage, having previously played "The Lion" in Bellville, Ontario's production of The Lion King. His favorite line is, "They sure knocked the stuffing out of you, eh?" and his favorite color is green which will help as he takes up residency in the Emerald city!
