    Sarah Pastelyak

Sarah Pastelyak (Director - LED) is no stranger to the Allentown School District having attended Ritter, HMMS and Dieruff as a student, then returning to her Alma Mater upon graduating from DeSales University to begin her career as a high school English and Theatre teacher. While Sarah has enjoyed teaching for the past 14 years, she took on a new role at Dieruff this year serving as a Dean of Students. Sarah continues to serve as the Dieruff Theatre Company’s director.  She is grateful to work alongside creative, talented and dedicated individuals for this year’s fall drama and would like to extend her gratitude to each of the creative team members as well as the student performers for taking a risk in being part of something so unique and new. She hopes you, the viewing audience, enjoys this project full of authentic truth and beautiful vulnerability.
