Katrina Basinger *

as Maria (Schnitzel Cast)

Katrina, a senior, began performing at age 8 and since has been in over 27 musical productions. Her favorite roles include: Cinderella (Cinderella), Gertrude McFuzz (Seussical the Musical), and Nancy (Oliver). This is her 4th year in Sylvan Singers and the Sylvan Elite dance group, and her 5th year as a Tintinnabulist. She dedicates her love of performing to her mom & grandpa Coleman.

I am 18 years old and a senior at Wood. I have been involved in each musical production since my freshman year. I would like to thank the Hawkins, Naomi and Mrs. Ray. I have learned so much from them. I am also thankful for my family and all the support they give me. I am especially grateful for my mom. I couldn’t be where I am today without her.

My name is Brittany, I'm a senior, and I love singing opera. The Sound of Music was the first musical I grew up watching and am grateful to be in the cast. Thank you to my dad for helping my push myself and my family for their love and support.

Megan, a 10th grader, has been singing since age 6 and was hooked! She's done over 20 musical productions. This is her 2nd year in Sylvan Singers. Megan's love of music was passed down from her dad who was a musician too. She is very grateful for the inspiration she received from him and all the encouragement from her music teachers over the years.
