Alex Ireson

as Shrek

Alex is a senior baseball player and is excited to have his first musical theater class with Mrs. Roller and Mrs. Noah. He wants to thank his family for reading lines with him countless times. Alex would also like to say, “I wouldn’t be who I am today if God wasn’t there to guide me along the way. I’m very thankful that God has always been with me.”
Sunny Iacino

as Fiona

Sunny is a senior in her third musical and is thrilled to be playing the part of Fiona as her final role. Sunny is in Advanced Women's Choir, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Beta Club, and was selected for All-East and All-State Tennessee Choir's 2021-22 and 2022-23. Sunny is also captain of the Varsity Women's Soccer Team. She would like to thank God along with all of her family, friends, teachers, and coaches for constantly supporting and helping her be the best version of herself.
Tanner McReynolds

as Donkey

Tanner is a junior performing in his second show. Last year, he played Harold Hill in The Music Man. He also plays men’s soccer and is a Student Ambassador. He would like to thank everyone for their support.
Blake Jones

as Lord Farquaad

Blake is a junior at West Ridge in his first production of Musical Theater. Castas Lord Farquaad, he is ecstatic to perform this role. He is in the West Ridge Marching and Concert band where he plays the tuba. He would like to thank his sister Makenna, his friend Cash, and his girlfriend Savannah for all the support and help with his role.
Abbey Hoover

as Dragon

Abbey is a senior who is very excited to be in her third Musical in the role of Dragon. She is in Advanced Women's Choir, Tri-M Music Honor Society, All-East Choir 2022-2023 member, Beta Club, National Honors Society, and is on the Tennis team. She would like to thank her supportive family, friends, and teachers for getting her through the play and always being there.
