Christian Robledo
as Lord Farquaad
Christian Robledo is a Junior at West and a three-year-long play production member though he has worked with Ms. O. since he was in the 5th grade. Since starting high school, Christian has been in the following shows: Puffs (Fat Friar & Mr. Bagman), Chicago (Harrison & Ensemble), 25th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Douglas Panch), Legally Blond (Professor Callahan), and Changing Keys (Cooper Cortez). In today’s show, Christian will be playing Lord Farquaad the tiny tyrant though when he is not on stage, he enjoys reading, playing piano, watching movies, stand-up comedy, and writing for the school yearbook and newspaper West Signals. Christian really hopes you enjoy the show and continue to come back to support the theatre department here at West High! Wait! Speaking of the show . . . shouldn’t you be getting to your seat right now?

Sammie Johnson
as Gingy/Sugar Plum Fairy
Sammie Johnson is a junior and has been in Play Prod for all 3 years. Previously at West, she was in Changing Keys (Sophie), Legally Blonde (Kate), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Rona U/S), Chicago (narrator/swing), and Puffs (Harry). Sammie also grew up doing West Junior Theater for 6 years and was in the 2020 West High Shrek production as Young Fiona. She would like to thank Mama O, Mrs Jensen, Chris, and Sarah for all of their hard work! She is so excited to be playing the Sugar Plum Fairy/Gingy and understudy Fiona! She’s very grateful for this opportunity and hopes you enjoy the show!

Skye Nuesca
as Dragon
Skye Nuesca is currently a junior at West High, and this is her second year in Play Production. She has performed in past shows such as Chicago, High School Judge and Jury, Legally Blonde, and Changing Keys. Skye can’t wait to perform alongside her cast mates in Shrek as Dragon, Humpty Dumpty, and a Duloc Performer, and she hopes you enjoy the show!
