    Morgan Burburan

    Director

    Morgan Burburan has taught for nine years, and is the founding Director of Vocal Music at Weeki Wachee High School, where she has served as the Fine Arts Department Chair. She conducts the WWHS choirs and this is her fifth production as Director. In 2013 she was named the Weeki Wachee High School Teacher of the Year, and named an Emerging Leader in music education by the Florida Music Educators Association and was awarded the title Educator of Distinction by the NSHSS in 2011. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Music Education with an emphasis in voice from the University of South Florida, and Master’s Degree in Music Education from Florida State University. In the fall, she will be pursuing her PhD in Music Education from USF. Mrs. Burburan is passionate about Arts Education, and is also an active performer. She has been married to her wonderful husband Eric for 17 years, and they have three children, Katherine, Nikolai, and Conner.

  • AJ Troche of AK Dance Away

    Choreographer

    AJ Troche is the owner/teacher/choreographer of A K Dance Away Dance Studio located in Spring Hill, Florida. AJ’s dance training began at the age of 10 and has focused on all avenues of dance styles and techniques. AJ’s regional/national dance titles include Mr. International Dance Challenge, Mr. Dancer of the Year, Mr. Leap Sensation, Mr. Onstage America, & the Center Stage award recipient. AJ has trained with some of today’s brilliant Choreographers/Dancers including Mia Michaels, Wade Robson, Shane Sparks, Kameron Bink, Sara Jo Fazio, Robbie Mackey, & Sam Fiorello. AJ’s dance students/choreography has been recognized on a regional & national level receiving numerous high scoring placement awards, title winners and runner up’s, & special judges choice award recipients. AJ strives to pull the best work out of each student he works with, showcasing their strengths and weaknesses and supporting each person in all of their endeavors.
