A Note from the Director

As I began my journey to Memphis, I was often reminded of the words of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow: “Music is the universal language of mankind.” These powerful words kept me focused throughout the rehearsal and the production process. I am proud of the entire Company for putting forth their own unique rythms to this piece; I believe you truly harmonized together on this production and made your own unique music together!  I am proud to announce that we have 22 students making their theatrical debuts. Getting on stage isn't always easy but worth it.  I hope you enjoy our production of MEMPHIS as much as we do!

     Hockadoo!

From the Principal & Choreographer:

To the cast and crew of Memphis,

I was so blessed to have the awesome opportunity to work with you all this year on such an exciting production. Every day I am in awe over the amount of talent that you have but I am more impressed at your level of dedication and enthusiasm for the show.
Dancers- how can I thank you enough for all your creativity and hours of choreographing and dancing.  You were all very open to my vision and all had the chance to put in your own ideas to make the dances a little part of you.  Wow- we did a lot of dancing!  Thank you also for helping me to get back into the dance studio and doing what I love.
Mrs. Smith- I can't thank you enough for trusting me with the choreography of this show.  I am very proud of the final product and level of professionalism that you have and you instill on your students.  This was such a great opportunity for us all.  You are amazing and people will be taking about this show for a very long time.

Break a leg everyone- love you all!!!

Ms. Elias
