The Village Light Opera Group has led the way in providing quality musical theatre to New Yorkers at affordable prices for more than eighty years, with American and European operettas, the Gilbert and Sullivan repertoire, and Broadway musicals. VLOG has been a leader in the Broadway revival craze, having presented such shows as Call Me Madam, Bells Are Ringing, Fiorello! and Brigadoon well before professional companies dared to bring them to New York. We are a non-profit community theater company, but we strive to make our productions fully self-supporting.
