as The Cat In The Hat
This is Bradyn's second musical at Velma. Last year she did an awesome job as Rafiki in "The Lion King." She is a senior and heavily involved in the music program at Velma. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith as a Music Education Major

Shane Hoque
as Horton The Elephant
This is Shane's fourth musical. As Razoul in Aladdin, King Triton in Little Mermaid, and Mufasa in Lion King he has shined in our musicals. Shane plans to attend East Central University as a Music Education Major.

Jonah Weaver
as Jojo/the Boy
Jonah made his Velma theatre debut in The Lion King last year as a Wildebeast and Hyenna. He is a lead trombone player the the 6th grade band.

Maddie Zezlina
as Gertrude McFuzz
Maddie has been involved in theatre for many years. She is a senior this year. Here at Velma, she has had the roles of Iago in Aladdin, Flounder in The Little Mermaid, and Shenzie in The Lion King.

as Mayzie La Bird
Sadie is a junior. She was Sarabi last year in the Lion King. Sadie she is heavily involved in Cheerleading at Velma.
