Rita Pilotti

From NYC, Rita began her training there, studying at many schools, including Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway and Luigi Jazz Centre. Rita has studied with dance legends Savion Glover, Phil Black, Frank Hatchet, Nancy Wilcox, and Charles Goddertz, to name a few. In addition to her NYC training, she studied locally at the Roberson School of Ballet with Gilbert and Sydna Reed. Miss Pilotti’s excellence in dance instruction is proven by her many successful students who have gone on to choreograph and perform in on and off Broadway musicals, international touring companies, soap operas, movies and national commercials. She is the recipient of numerous choreography awards from competitions nationwide. Rita became a member of Dance Educators of America, and has been instructing and choreographing since the age of 17. Miss Pilotti has owned and operated STAD since 1990. It is an honor to work with the students, cast and crew at UE! Best of luck to everyone!
