The Curious Savage - April 24 - April 26, 2025

Thomas Jefferson H S

 Theatre Dos and Don'ts

Do

  • Turn your phone off or on airplane mode, not simply on vibrate. Incoming calls and texts can interfere with your enjoyment of the show.
  • Remain in your seat during each ENTIRE act. Some scenes require complete darkness, and an open theatre door may cast unwanted light upon the stage during key moments. Additionally, the cast and crew will use the aisles during the performance.
  • You will have a 15-minute intermission; leaving in the middle of a scene or song or between scenes is considered rude.
  • Enjoy the show!

Don't

  • Take videos during the performance. Copyright laws prohibit it.
  • Take photos with flash. It can distract the performers.
  • Talk or whisper during the performance.
  • Try to make eye contact or get the attention of a cast or crew member. You will be removed.

Children and Live Theatre

  • Attending a live theatre performance can be a magical and memorable experience for a young child. If done well, you will plant the seeds of appreciation in a young patron for a love of live theatre. If done poorly, you can create an awful experience for your child and the people seated nearby.
  • If your child becomes restless, frightened, or loud, please take them to the hallway. We thank you for your consideration. Please enjoy the show!
