Note from the Producer:
I want to thank the amazing cast and crew of this production who have been brave enough to come along with us on this journey! Thanks as well to you, the audience, for taking the chance to come and see a piece if theatre that brings to mind certain assumptions and an iconic, gory picture from the movies. You are the only reason we can bring new pieces of theatre to this community and continue with our mandate to do so.
This show tells the story of a girl affected by abuse both at home and at school, to a disastrous end. In honour of every child who struggles with a caregiver with mental illness or the mean girl at school, we are partnering with the Stop A Bully campaign. Please take a pink wristband available in the lobby to join us in this initiative.
Now in our 12th year, the Intensive Musical Theatre Workshop attracts theatre students from across Canada at all levels of study. In order to continue being able to provide these performance opportunities each year, we are accepting donations from sponsors for our bursary program as well as for artistic support. Please contact amanda@thesingerstheatre.ca to offer your support for next season!
Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time on this production! It simply cannot be done without you;
