    Jailyn Sherell Harris

    Director

Jailyn Sherell Harris is excited to work with MAD Factory! She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she received her BAC in theater, with a minor in dance. Ms. Harris has had the opportunity to serve as a director and choreographer for a few schools around northeast Ohio. She is also a teaching artist with Dancing Classrooms of Northeast Ohio and an inaugural member of MadJax Dance Company. As a performer, she has had the opportunity to perform in theatres across Northeast Ohio and beyond with credits from Cassidy Theatre, Karamu House, Lakeland Civic Theatre, the Players Guild Theatre and the A.R.T. in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Recently she appeared in a workshop production of the new musical “On the Line” at Rubber City Theatre, and in the world premiere of Bluesman: Never Get out of These Blues Alive, adapted by Michael Oatman and directed by Eric Schmeidle. She has a strong background in dance, specifically jazz and hip-hop.

  • Nina Fisher head shot

    Nina Fisher

    Music Director

Nina Fisher (Music Director) has been playing the piano since the age of 4, and for Mad Factory since the age of 21.  Originally from the Philadelphia area, Nina moved to Oberlin to attend Oberlin Conservatory of Music.  She graduated in 2008 with a B.M. in Music Education and has called Ohio home since.  She has been the Program Director for MAD* Factory for just over 12 years. She is the choir accompanist for Firelands, Vermilion, and Lorain school districts and has also worked as a director and music director for a handful of other local theatres.  Being a part of a virtual musical has been a new and challenging experience for everybody involved and she would like to thank the cast and crew for being so patient and dedicated to the process, and especially would like to thank the audience for bearing witness to the fruits of a LOT of labor and helping to keep the arts thriving in Northeast Ohio!

  • Jill Lukes head shot

    Jill Lukes

    Editor

Jill Lukes (Editor) is thrilled to be part of the production team for Ragtime. Although she's been a board member for over 3 years, Jill has never been directly involved in a show with MAD. She wants you to know that editing technology has come a long way since her junior high video club days. She'd like to thank her husband Alan for putting up with her during this past week, and to all of you for keeping theater alive during this temporary intermission in production life. Enjoy!
