    Raymond T. Williams- Director

    Raymond brings 25+ years experience as a filmmaker, actor, director, writer and producer to Costa Rica. As an actor, teacher and director Raymond has seen success on stage, film and TV working with Jeff Goldblum, James Franco, Halle Berry, Scott Caan, and countless others. His students have been seen on Broadway, film and TV and have signed with top Hollywood agencies, such as ICM and UTA. His studio is an intimate, creative space where students hone their craft and gain skills to empower them to be courageous on and off the stage. As a teacher and director, Raymond has a keen eye for talent and his creative spirit excites anyone who has the opportunity to work with him. His spirit of adventure and his international experience present many opportunities for storytelling around the globe. He is currently in development with a new TV series called LA DOCTORA, set in the fictional coastal town of Pura Vida.

    Jodi Beck- Director

    Jodi's career began in New York City. She has appeared at Broadway's Lincoln Center in celebration of the late Stephen Sondheim's 80th birthday, off-Broadway, regionally throughout the US and in Hong Kong. In addition, she created and produced 8 solo shows for stages across NYC to sold out audiences. Her self-produced debut EP album NEVER GONNA BE EASY has sold in 9 countries. She also developed the new off-Broadway musical DEAR PROSPECTIVE STUDENT as dramaturg, director and lead producer, working with Tony winning producers Ken Davenport-ONCE ON THIS ISLAND and Joseph Longthorne and Ben Simpson-THE BAND'S VISIT. She has directed many Broadway actors including Allie Trimm, Keaton Whittaker, Damon J Gillespie, John Andrew Morrison, Paul Whitty, and Nick Rashad Burroughs. She is excited to be living in Costa Rica and to share her love and passion for storytelling.

    Centro Cultural Britanico

    The British Cultural Center was founded by British and Costa Rican teachers who have extensive experience in the field of English language teaching and teacher training. The CCB provides training services in the English language of the highest quality and constantly maintains a multinational group of teachers duly qualified to meet this objective. In 2023, they welcomed Raymond T. Williams and Jodi Beck to begin teaching performing arts.
