Cody Hays
as Man In Chair
Cody Hays is proud to be making his Characters debut! He has a BA in Theatre Performance from JSU. His past credits include Mr. Fezziwig in A Christmas Carol (Birmingham Children’s Theatre), originating God the Prime in Songs of the Fall (Hollywood Fringe Festival) and Andrew Jackson in Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson (JSU). He thanks his family and friends for their constant support and love!

Sally Waldrop
as Mrs. Tottendale
Sally is honored to be involved with "Chaperone" and grateful to have been with CharACTers since the beginning. Some of her favorite roles include, "Miss Hannigan" in Annie, "Dinah" in Dixie Swim Club, and "Frenchy" in Grease. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and CA State University, Los Angeles. Sally is married, has 3 children, Annie, Maddie and Luke.

Mark Peilen
as Underling
Rabbi Mark A Peilen has had an inveterate love of theatre for decades, both in his native Minnesota and in Gadsden. Favorite roles include being cast as the Wizard of Oz (twice!), Isidor Straus in Titanis, and the Reverend in Dearly Departed. His response on having been cast in this show: “It is a tremendous honor to be associated with this talented, innovative, and delightful group of people.”

Chad Miller
as Robert Martin
Chad is a veteran actor of CharACTers, some of his favorite credits include Bert - Mary Poppins, Thenardier - Les Miz, Farquaad - Shrek, and Sweeney - Sweeny Todd. He attended JSU where he studied Theater and has since done regional theater through the southeast. He currently resides in Birmingham. He’d like to thank his friends and family for their support of his passion for the performing arts.

Macon Prickett is thrilled to be back on the CharACTers stage in The Drowsy Chaperone! Mr. Prickett is a recent Theatre/Public Relations grad from JSU.
