as Maria
Ina Lelevier (She/Her) is ecstatic to be sharing the stage with such a talented group of actors! She previously played Ladybug in SWC’s production of James and the Giant Peach, The Creation in The Frankenstein Project, and an Ancestor in The Addams Family. She has also performed in the 17th Opera en la Calle Festival in Tijuana, Mexico. She would like to thank her family, friends, boyfriend, and teachers for all their love and support. Mason J. Ballard

Mason (He/Him) is beyond excited to be joining the cast of West Side Story! Previous theatre credits include: The Hunchback of Norte Dame & The Bridges of Madison County (Ithaca College), A Chorus Line (Welk Resort), Heathers (Off Broadway Theater Company). Mason is currently attending Ithaca College in New York to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre. Huge thanks to family, friends, and coaches for all their constant support. Spread love and be kind! Maya Sofia
as Anita
Maya Sofía (She/Her) is a local Tijuana/San Diego artist who could not be more excited to bring this timeless role alive with such a wonderful company. She began performing at a very young age, with memorable roles such as Mimi in SDMT's "Rent," Olympe in CSUSM's "The Revolutionists," and Noche (Villain Queen) in TuYo’s “Daydreamer: A New Musical”, as well as other staged readings and music/vocal performances as The Old Globe. Maya's love for the performing arts is only a reflection of the love and support she has received from her family and loved ones. She would like to dedicate this performance to all the resilient women out there.
