Amanda Donohoe
as Janet Van De Graaff
(She/Her) - Amanda is very excited to once again be working with Surging. Last seen in SF&T’s production of Catch Me If You Can (Brenda Strong) and their Jeff nom production of Urinetown (Little Becky Two Shoes) as well as The Spongebob Musical (Electric Skate/Ens). You may have recently seen her in Metropolis Performing Arts Centre’s production of A Christmas Carol (Ens/Mrs. Fezziwig u.s). She has performed with Big Noise Theatre in Elephant and Piggie’s “We are in a Play!” (Piggie) & Into the Woods (Cinderella’s Mother/Ensemble). Other credits include Reefer Madness (Sally) at the Towle Theater, Joseph…Dreamcoat (Zebulun) at The Dells Palace Theater, and Rocklusions (Illusionist/Singer) and Love at First Fright (Katie) at Six Flags Great America. She is a graduate of Millikin University where she performed in shows such as 9 to 5 (Margaret) and Phantom of the Opera (Madame Giry). She’d like to thank her family, boyfriend, and puppy for the constant support.
