Elise Short
Camp Director & Acting
Elise Chaisson Short (Camp Director & Acting Coach) is a camp director for the summer theater camp, and has previously been a camper herself. Elise has received her BFA in Theater with a concentration in music at the Florida Atlantic University. In her free time Elise enjoys spending time at the theater, with her dog, and hanging out with friends. Elise Short has directed and assisted multiple productions which include Clue, Richard III, as well as main directed Brighton Beach memoirs. Elise has been in productions which include, Head of the Family, Urinetown, and Jesus Christ Superstar.

Hannah Summer
Camp Director & Set Design
Hannah Summer (Camp Director & Set Design) is a set director for the summer theater camp, and has received her bachelor's degree at Ball State University in Elementary Education with a concentration in gifted. Hannah Summer has been involved in several shows here at HLT which include Matilda, Shrek, and 9 to 5. Hannah Summer has also been a set designer, and or set artist for Mamma Mia, Gentlemens Guide, and created set art for Jesus Christ Superstar. Hannah summer also directed Lion King Jr. at Chain of Lakes Elementary, where she also teaches art.

Tracy Schuknecht
Music Director
Tracy Schuknecht (Music Direction) has a degree in Special Education from the University of South Florida and holds an MA in Arts Integration from Southeastern University. She has taught theatre and voice privately for 11 years at Dance Unlimited in Sebring. She is also a Highlands County School Board employee and has over a decade of teaching experience. Tracy began performing as a child at HLT and continues to volunteer as a music director, actor, and singer for many productions within the community. Tracy teaches theatre at Sebring Middle School.
