    Director & Lead Seamstress

    Ms. St John has been teaching in some capacity since 2000, with time teaching in all grades K-12, and all ensembles.  She holds a BA in Vocal performance from UF and an MA in Music Ed from USF.  Ms. St John has appeared in all kinds of shows as an actor, singer, and dancer.  Her youth was spent in musicals as well as renaissance faires and classical concerts.  She has sung under the batons of Sir Colin Davis, Jo Michael Scheibe, John W Richmond, James Bass, Paul Basler and John Rutter.  She has performed in six countries (including inside the Notre Dame Cathedral), as well as famed venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York City and The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN.  Ms. St John has dabbled in composition, with three liturgical motets written under a pseudonym.  She is married and has three children.  This will be Ms. St John's last performance with SLHS.  It has been a pleasure working with these kids.  I wish you all the best.

    Jessie is so excited for everyone to see all the work everyone has put into this production. Jessie is currently a senior at Springfield. She was stage manger for the most recent production "A Gift To Remember". She then took on the role of Assistant Director of this show. Growing up, she has been in Concert band since 5th grade and Marching Band since 7th grade mainly playing mallet percussion. As her journey in Springfield Local Schools comes to an end, Jessie will be moving on to Kent State Univeristy to major in Public Health.

    Bella has only been in one other drama production at Springfield. In a Gift to Remember Bella was on stage crew.

    Kayla lead our tech crew in "A Gift to Remember". This is her second show with SLIS.  She is an 8th grader.
