Julie Ballantyne Brown
as Alison Mears, Minister's Wife, Sherry Johns, Juror #5, Mormon Home School Teacher, Newsperson #4
Julie is so proud to be a part of The Laramie Project and to work with such wonderful, creative, people at SCP! She performed onstage last season as Amanda Wingfield in The Glass Menagerie (before the pandemic ended things), Sarah McKay in Laughing Stock, and Penny Sycamore in You Can’t Take It With You at the Players Guild of Dearborn. She is currently the Makeup and Hair Governor at the Guild. She sends much love and praise to God for the opportunity to perform, love and thanks to her husband, Marty, and their three boys for their love and unending patience, and to Allegra, the hedgehog, for the kisses and snuggles. She is an aspiring writer who will most definitely live in London someday.

He is thrilled to be in this production with such talented performers and directors.

Most recently, he has done beautiful set painting on such shows as Cinderella and A Christmas Carol, both at the Downriver Actors Guild.
