Rosalie Groves
as Grammie Johnson
Mother Rosalie Bryan Groves is an avid actress who has appeared in two original church plays, “Suit of Armor” and “The True Story” written by Elaine Petry. She is aptly cast as Grammie, the spicy grandmother of Maggie and Myrtle Johnston. In real life, she adds flavor to anything she undertakes. Whether helping the helpless in the community or nurturing friends and church members with counseling and advice, her knowledge and wisdom is well used. Although her words of truth may be astringent, the hearer can trust that her love and concern are genuine. This spectacular woman who is always adorned in fabulous fashion and stiletto heels, just celebrated her 80th birthday. Her virtues are amazing support to the cast.
