The Russians: Front Row: Dimitri Gary, Ben Madison Back Row: Will Mallah, Chris Martian, Joe Wyche, Will Stevenson
Dimitri Gary Being in the fifth grade production of Sleeping Beauty, the middle school musicals Guys and Dolls (seventh grade) and Grease (eighth grade), and Sweeney Todd when he was a freshmen, Dimitri has had a lot of experiences in theater. He would like to thank Mr. Jackson, Mr. Heavner, Mr. Buckley, Ms. Murr, and Mr. Bell for all of the help these past few years of his theater experience. Without them, he wouldn’t have been able to make it through.
Ben Madison Ben had no prior musical experience to Fiddler on the Roof, but he did however play the baritone in middle school. Ben would like to thank Mr. Jackson for giving him this wonderful opportunity. Some of his inspirations are Playboi Carti, Lil Uzi Vert, and his parents.
Will Mallah After years of attending the musicals and plays at Sewickley Academy, Will is happy to finally be a part of one for his senior year. He hopes you enjoy the Russian dancing and always remember that they tryna be cray.
Chris Martian After a long string of roles in musical theater, such as “Ensemble” in Sewickley Acadamy’s Grade five performance of Sleeping Beauty and “Gambler #3” in Grade seven’s Guys and Dolls, Chris decided to take a much needed hiatus, much to the dismay of his many fans. Now, he’s excited to come back for his biggest role yet in Fiddler on the Roof!
Will Stevenson Will has participated in Musicals in seventh and eighth grade, and after much consideration has decided to join the musical again. He had so much fun the first few times around that he and his friends have decided to all do it together for one last time. He would like to thank Mr. Jackson, Mr. Buckley, Mr. Heavner, and Mr. Bell for making the process of learning the musical seamless and fun!
Joe Wyche Joe is a senior and is looking forward to studying at Wake Forest University next year. He did musical theater all through middle school and was in the pit orchestra the last two years. Joe is looking forward to getting back on stage one more time at Sewickley Academy!
