as Dorothy Gale (plus shadow vocals for Glinda)
Shira has blossomed from her roles as the Genie in Aladdin and Willy Wonka in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory to her starring role as Dorothy Gale. When she is not enjoying the bright lights and sounds of the stage, she likes to play volleyball and draw cartoons.

Ami Kattan '28
as Hunk/Scarecrow
Whether it is on stage in Annie or Mary Poppins, Ami has so much fun performing with his fellow cast members and is beyond excited to play the Scarecrow in this year’s production. When he is not performing under the bright lights, he enjoys showing off his skills on the basketball court.

Nathan Schonfeld '26
as Hickory/Tin Man
Nathan’s character the Tin Man may not have a heart, but he puts his whole heart into his love for theatre. He has been in productions like A Little Trip to Broadway, Mary Poppins, Madagascar, and plays the cello in the Scheck Hillel orchestra. Nathan also enjoys editing videos, and recreating varieties of sounds from movies.

as Zeke/Lion
Emanuel is so happy to be playing the role of our Cowardly Lion, but he is anything but cowardly. His confidence and love for acting and singing shines on the stage. When he is not performing, he enjoys riding his bike, hanging out with his friends, and spending time relaxing on the beach. Emu has a pet fish named Neil.

Leanne Aligem '26
as Almira Gulch/Wicked Witch of the West
Leanne’s previous theatre experiences include Annie Jr,. Little Trip to Broadway, and The Internet Kitten. She has loved meeting new and old cast members, and has especially enjoyed working with Mr. Baldwin. When Leanne is not on the stage, she takes voice lessons, and creates voices for cartoons and anime as well as her own original characters.
