Ben Brotzman
Director/Lighting Design
Ben is proud to teach Drama & Stage Tech at SHS. He has worked as a Director, an actor, and a Designer of Scenery, Lighting, Sound and Props for Professional and Educational Theatre groups across the United States. His favorite show he has never done is Hamlet. Ben would like to thank Brittnie and Iris for their constant love and support.

Beth Nitzan
Vocal Director
Beth is a Choir Director at Saratoga High School where she teaches various Choir and Strings classes as well as AP Music Theory. Beth has studied voice and violin from an early age and is an alumna of Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra. Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from Pomona College and her Master's degree from San Jose State Univeristy.

Pam East
Choreographer
Pam started dancing at age 4. She taught dance at Westmont HS in the early 70’s and opened her Dance studio in 1975. Her studio, East West Music and Dance is located off Hwy 85 at De Anza Blvd. Pam has performed in many musicals & choreographed for lots of local groups. Pam & her husband love to travel. They have 2 daughters and 3 grandsons.

Armeen Ghafourpour
Orchestra Director
Armeen is a bassist and music educator who teaches and performs in the Bay Area. He got his Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University, and a Master’s degree from the Eastman School of Music. He is working toward a Master’s and Credential in Music Education from San Jose State University.

Michael Boitz
Orchestration
Director of Orchestra and Band at Saratoga High School where he has been serving for over 25 years. Mr. Boitz has been awarded the Teacher-of-the-Year by the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District.
