Calista Loter head shot

Choreographer:

Calista Loter

Ever since I was five years old, I spent my homeschooling hours choreographing imaginary musicals in my living room. I used to hold fake auditions, perform concerts, teach dance classes, and create, using choreography. If I could tell young Calista where I would be my senior year I would have been ecstatic. Choreographing has become a dream come true and an even better experience than I could have ever imagined. Watching my creations come to life has truly been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I want to say a huge thank you to the cast for demonstrating professionalism while we navigate together throughout this crazy journey, and doing my choreography justice as they perform with so much talent. I am so proud of everyone involved in this production, and I want to give a huge thank you to the crew, Mrs. Pinhey, and all of tech because we couldn’t do it without you all. Thank you to my family, and Lucas, for being the best support system while I ask for opinions on my ideas, and helping me when I need it. Thank you to Daisy and Drake for being the best co-leaders, you guys are incredible. And the biggest thank you to Mr. C, and Mrs. Abbe, for showing me how to be an organized, successful, and confident leader. You have both made such an impact on my life that I will forever cherish. I really hope you enjoy ‘The Prom’!

Drake Mulligan head shot

Assistant Vocal Director:

Drake Mulligan

Music has always had an important impact in my life and assistant vocal directing this musical has been a highlight of my music career. I would not have been able to do this without my partners Calista Loter and Daisy Jemison, along with the incredible cast and tech crew that are all so insanely talented. This project has been challenging and time consuming, which has led to me discovering more about music and a lot about my leadership qualities. Not only does this show and this cast mean so much to me, but I am also so proud of everyones work ethic and respectful attitudes towards the whole process. A few thank yous I have the honor of giving out are of course to my lovely family who have supported me through everything I have done and have given me the opportunity to be at this amazing school doing this amazing show especially my parents David Mulligan and Kim Hansen, I would have never been able to be half the person I am without either of your influences. Another thank you is to the wonderful Mr. C, Mrs. Abbe, Ms. Pinhey, and Mr. Theisen, they have taught me more than I ever thought possible and supported me through everything. A big thank you to Calista Loter and Daisy Jemison for helping me be a leader and bringing out the best qualities of me. Finally, thank you to Quincy De Vere for all of the late night calls, and sitting in my car while I am trying to learn all of the music or procrastinating doing so. Many more thank yous but I will just say, I would not have been able to do anything without the overwhelming love and support I have received from everyone. Thank you all and I hope you enjoy “The Prom"!
