Notes from the Director:
As always, I am extremely proud of this production...it takes a village! A truly successfuly production, however, takes more than just what is seen ON THE STAGE. I am especially proud of the cooperation, mutual respect, the level of commitment, and the teamwork that has been demonstrated by every student in this production. These students have put egos aside and discovered that whether they had one line or fifty, were on or offstage, that everyone shares equally in the pride and success of such an accomplishment.
I personally want to thank so many of the parents who volunteered during rehearsals and performances; donated set or costume items; committed to picking children up everyday after school; and helped out whenever and wherever I needed it. Thank you so much!
Lastly, I want to recognize my 8th graders as they embark on a new journey in high school. We will miss you so much:
Hailey Catalano - the ensemble anchor who never complains
Hannah Chapman - the "new girl" who has added such beautiful notes
Jonathan Ames - the most hysterical bishop I have heard yet - great voice
Erin Orgen - the quiet, shy girl who BLOSSOMED out of her shell
Grayson Moyer - always prepared and ready to shine with the beautiful curls
Lanie Edmonds - the girl who always catches and corrects the mishaps onstage
Mason Beall - always ready to take on the next challenge
Alexandra Hicks - the smile that is always contagious
Ashlyn Wilkinson - it is amazing what a difference a year makes - proud of you
Madelenn Koller - the beautiful voice we could always hear no matter what
Chris Huntt - the kid that is ALWAYS making me laugh...on or offstage
Mallory Painter - making NEW friends while demonstrating her talented side
Isaiah Allen - shocking the audience with his amazing ability onstage
Brent Allegra - I don't even have words - already missing you and your voice
Katelyn Sakai - the organization of the backstage crew - kudos!
Katie Bundrick - the light in the darkness backstage
Ethan Broccolo - so glad you came on board this year - you were "spot on"
It is always bittersweet for me to watch your final performance. I am so proud of all of you and the commitment you have given this department for three years. It is so hard to see you go!
