Derek Woods
Director/Technical Director
Co-Founded RCT in 2010 with his wife Becky, and is the audio and video designer for all RCT productions. He is also an award winning reporter, producer and videographer. In 2008 he received an EMMY nomination for his documentary “Memory Brings Us Back: Irish Stories of Farewells and Fortunes”, and in 2017 served as Grand Marshall for the Bronx St. Patricks Day Parade.

Paul Loman
Music Director
is a music director, pianist, organist, and teacher. Paul is recently received his masters in speech-language pathology from Lehman College. He’s so delighted to return to RCT for this production.

Howard Kaye
Choreographer
Howie Kaye is happy to be working with the RCT teens! He has appeared on Broadway in Miss Saigon and in the original North American Company of Mamma Mia! He is a graduate of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and Juilliard Drama Division. The young artists of RCT deserve my heartfelt thanks for their focus, drive, commitment and hard work.

Adar Marcus
Stage Manager
is a proud RCT alum who began exploring technical theatre, directing, and playwriting in High School. He was a winner of the Lucille Lortelle High School Playwriting Fellowship, and has also been awarded by LEAP OnStage and the NYA Foundation in previous years. He is thrilled to work with RCT on their productions this winter!

Suzanne Beaubien
Costume Designer
has created costumes for a long list of RCT shows. A lifelong seamstress and artist, she first put her skills to work at RCT when her own daughter started appearing in shows in 2016. Since then, she’s enjoyed working closely with RCT to bring to life such amazing productions as SpongeBob, Les Miserables, Mean Girls Jr., Frozen Jr., and Matilda Jr., among others.
