Becky Lillie Woods

Director

has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Under her direction, RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards Excellence in Theater Education Award.
Mieke Moll

Choreographer

Extensive dance training brought Mieke to the theatre, once there, she found her passion in acting, singing, and dancing for TV/Film as well as on the Stage. She is excited to share that passion with a new generation of young performers! She recently choreographed RCT’s productions Trolls Jr., Finding Nemo Jr. and The Wizard of Oz! Mieke has her BFA in MT from Syracuse!
Shana Mahoney

Musical Director

is a proud RCT team member and has been since its inception. She was seen as a guest teaching artist in previous RCT/Barnabas shows: THE WIZARD OF OZ (Witch/Ms. Gulch), THE LITTLE MERMAID (Ursula) and ANNIE (Grace Farrell). Derek Woods

Technical Director

Co-Founded RCT in 2010 with his wife Becky, and is the audio and video designer for all RCT productions. He is also an award winning reporter, producer and videographer. In 2008 he received an EMMY nomination for his documentary “Memory Brings Us Back: Irish Stories of Farewells and Fortunes”, and in 2017 served as Grand Marshall for the Bronx St. Patricks Day Parade.
Suzanne Beaubien

Costume Designer

has created costumes for a long list of RCT shows. A lifelong seamstress and artist, she first put her skills to work at RCT when her own daughter started appearing in shows in 2016. Since then, she’s enjoyed working closely with RCT to bring to life such amazing productions as SpongeBob, Les Miserables, Mean Girls Jr., Frozen Jr., and Matilda Jr., among others.
