Derek Woods- Director
founded The Riverdale Children's Theatre with his wife Becky in 2010. Since then RCT has produced over 60 full stage productions, touching the lives of hundreds of families in the Bronx and beyond. Mr Woods also serves as the sound and technical director, and is an Emmy nominated videographer. In 2017, he was named the Grand Marshall of the Bronx St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Justina Ercole- Choreographer
has been with RCT since 2013 choreographing productions for their Riverdale and Woodlawn locations. Select RCT credits include: Matilda, Cats, A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, Sister Act, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Justina also teaches dance cardio at Broadway Bodies and Lagree at Form50 Fitness. Paul Loman- Musical Director
is a music director, teacher, pianist, and organist who works in NYC and Westchester County. In addition to private piano and voice students, Paul teaches elementary and middle school music and directs the choir at St. Ann's Parish in Yonkers. He works with children in theater at RCT and White Plains Performing Arts Center. Paul studied music at James Madison in VA.

Ethan Newman- Lighting Designer
received his M.F.A. in theatrical lighting design from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, Ethan has numerous regional credits as a lighting designer, assistant lighting designer, and master electrician. Most recent works as an LD include Newsies at Centenary Stage, Rocky Horror Picture Show and MLK to this Day at NJPAC. For RCT- Rent and Peter Pan.

Dale Smallwood- Production Manager
Dale is excited to once again be working with RCT. Stage management credits include over 30 productions with The Pearl Theatre Company, NYC, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Stage Door (The New School for Drama, NYC); Hannah, Follow Me to Nellie’s, Rabbit Hole, Regrets Only (Premiere Stages, NJ), The Tempest (Shakespeare on the Sound, CT).
