MR. HULING'S SPECIAL THANKS!
Thank you to Mr O’Hara for once again providing me the opportunity to work with his students who are such a joy. I want to also acknowledge Mr Dan Frye, my high school chorus teacher, who passed away on 10/20/24. This cast doesn’t realize just how much of his musical advice they are bringing to their performance
The deepest of gratitude to the parents and guardians of the extremely talented students involved on-stage and behind the scenes!

DIRECTOR'S NOTE
There are times in a community when a theatre company consistently produces magic that attracts an audience to be a part of something truly special. In the 1990s, this was done annually by American Stage and their Shakespeare in the Park Festival. Each year there was a different play by William Shakespeare that was adapted into a musical as a way to have a modern audience have a greater appreciation and understanding of his plays. Starting under the artistic leadership of Victoria Holloway and John Berglund, and then continued by Lisa Kay Powers, these musical adaptations were events that attracted and excited people from all over the Tampa Bay area. I have always loved ths adaptation of "All's Well" and I believe it is the best score of them all by local composer Lee Ahlin. Coupled with a brilliant adaptation by Paul Mullins, it is a show I've always wanted to share with my students. I hope, in some small way, we capture that magic of those by-gone days and remind people of the theatrical brilliance of those attempting to do meaningful theatre in the Tampa Bay area. I hope you come to love it as much as I do.
