    Jeannette DeAngelo

    Director

    Jeannette serves as the Vice President of the RCT Board of Directors and has been involved in many RCT shows as a performer and choreographer. She has also directed the RCT hit musicals SHREK and FORBIDDEN BROADWAY. Last fall she directed the RCT production of Les Miserables: School Edition which was voted the Broadway World -Central Pa's Best Children's Production. She is a retired Reading School District math teacher and the co-founder and co-director of the YNOT Awards program of Berks County. She is also the director of Reading High School’s school show where she just celebrated her 41st year of involvement with this activity! She is the proud mom of Angela, our choreographer!     Barbara has worked on twenty shows with RCT both on stage and back stage. She has been on the Board of Directors since 2002. Barbara is a retired first/second grade teacher from the Reading School District where she still substitutes at Lauers Park Elementary School. Love and thanks to Ed for supporting my hobby!

  • Jarrod Miller head shot

    Jarrod Miller

    Music Director

    Jarrod is thrilled to be music directing with Reading Civic Theater and the cast of Camp Rock. He has been music director for numerous other shows with other theaters, including The Addams Family, Peter Pan, and Little Shop of Horrors. On the stage, he has appeared in many productions, with his favorite roles being Nicely-Nicely in Guys and Dolls, Max Detweiler in Sound of Music, and Miles Gloriosus in Reading Civic Theater’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Jarrod also enjoys performing opera, and has recently done so with the Berks Opera Company and Mansfield University Opera Theater. Jarrod has enjoyed living and performing around the area. In the past year he has been a soloist in The Messiah with the Reading Symphony Orchestra, Carmina Burana with the Reading Choral Society, and Bach’s Magnificat with Vox Philia. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, attending concerts, and watching movies with his new wife, Katelyn.
