Shane Silas
Production Team - Stage Manager
Shane has been working in the theatre since he was five years old. He has had roles in Schoolhouse Rock Live Jr, Honk Jr and Bye, Bye Birdie. Finding he prefers to work backstage, he has stage managed productions of Cinderella, Oklahoma, Alice in Wonderland, Jr. and Oliver. As a drummer, he has accompanied many productions for RCT. Shane is an Autistic Support teacher in the Reading School District.

Linda Kauffman
Production Team - Costume Design
Linda is a Life Member of RCT, and recently celebrated her 50th anniversary with the organization. While she has “trod the boards” in a number of leading roles such as “My Fair Lady”, “Annie”, “Camelot”, “Carousel”, and many more, she has spent enumerable hours as the Costume Chair for over 40 years. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors, having served as the President for more than 20 years, and now as the Treasurer. Many kudos to the cast and crew for this production of “Shrek”.

Debbie Goshert
Production Team - Props Coordinator
Debbie has been on the board of RCT for the past 3 years and is the proud parent of Alex (Pinocchio). Along with her husband, Phil, they own Berks Water Technology in Sinking Spring. Congratulations and break-a-leg to the cast, crew, production team and directors for a wonderful show!

Melinda Sullivan
Production Team - Props Coordinator
Melinda is proud to be a part of this wonderful production of Shrek. She has been working behind the scenes or lending a helping hand to many school, community and regional theaters for the past 9 years as her son Ryan performs. Melinda has been a Director at Large for RCT for the past 2 years. Break a leg to the entire cast and crew! It has been an honor.
