    Jeannette DeAngelo

    Director/ Producer

    Jeannette serves as the President of the RCT Board of Directors and has been involved in many RCT shows as a director, performer and choreographer. She has directed the RCT hits  “Cinderella”, “Les Miserables: School Edition” (2023), “Next to Normal”, “The Full Monty”, “Guys and Dolls”, “Grease”, “Shrek”, “Forbidden Broadway”, “Camp Rock”, “The Happy Elf”, “Footloose”, “Fiddler on the Roof”, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”, “Annie”, “Mamma Mia!”, and “Nunsense”. In the fall of 2015, she directed the RCT production of “Les Misérables: School Edition” which was voted the Broadway World - Central PA's Best Children's Production. She is a retired RSD math teacher, a co-founder of the YNOT Awards program of Berks County and was the director of Reading High's school show for 48 years. She looks forward to meeting her first grandchild in November.

    Assistant to the Director

    May has been the stage manager for “The Rocky Horror Show”, “Next to Normal”, “The Full Monty”, and “Guys and Dolls”, as well as on stage crew for “Disney’s Descendants” and props chairperson for “Les Miserables: School Edition” (2023). She also has helped build sets and done props for the same shows. She is very excited for the opportunity to expand on her theatre journey.

    Amy Bourey

    Music Director

    Amy has a bachelor’s degree in music education from West Chester University with a concentration in Voice and Piano and a master’s degree from Wilkes University in Education. She is currently teaching music at Muhlenberg Elementary Center, soon to be starting her 28th year. Amy has also music directed several shows for Muhlenberg Middle School and has assisted with several shows at RCT. Amy has been performing on stage at RCT, as well as other theaters in the area, for many years. She was most recently seen on the RCT stage as Eulalie Mackecknie Shinn in “The Music Man”. She has done solo work and small group performances in Berks and Chester Counties and studied voice with Brian Gibson. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with this talented cast. She would like to thank her husband, Pete, for being her Assistant Music Director.
