Annie Sloyan
as The Cat In The Hat
Annie is a 7th grader at Queen’s Grant. She started performing in QG musicals in 2nd grade, and hasn’t missed one yet! Being the Cat in the Hat has been her favorite part so far - she has had so much fun and enjoys bringing Dr. Seuss to life! She would like to thank her friends Alexia, Lauren, and Alec for supporting her during her time in this musical. Enjoy the show!

Maggie Woods
as Gertrude McFuzz
Maggie is a seventh grader at Queen's Grant. Seussical Jr. will be her 6th school musical production. Her favorite role has been playing Gertrude in Seussical Jr because she has so many dramatic mood swings. Maggie has participated in many summer theater camps at Matthews Playhouse since the age of seven. She would like to thank her sister Lindy for listening to hours and hours of singing and providing valuable feedback. Maggie is looking forward to attending the Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta next year.

Tanner Naumann
as Horton the Elephant
Tanner Naumann is excited to have the lead role of Horton in this year's production of Seussical. An 8th grader, Tanner is no stranger to the stage. He has had previously starred in roles including Arthur in Flat Stanley, Ollie in Yes Virginia, and a duckling in Honk. Not to mention roles in the elementary productions of Aladdin and 101 Dalmatians. Tanner has also had a successful three years in choir and remained on the "A" honor roll while juggling these extracurricular activities. While he will miss participating in Queens Grant's middle school musicals, he is looking forward to continuing to pursue his theatre talent by competing, for the 3rd year, at the Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta in January 2016!
