Peyton Walker
Peyton Walker is a seventh grader at Queen's Grant. He has performed in "101 Dalmatians," "A Kid's Life," "Willy Wonka, Jr.," "Yes, Virginia" and "Honk! Jr." Peyton is channeling his "inner goofy," sense of humor, charming personality and unparalleled confidence to play the part of Ugly in "Honk! Jr." He has attended two Broadway Junior Celebrations in uptown Charlotte, and looks forward to another Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta, GA, next year. In his own words, he is awesome!

Kayley Carpenter
"Honk! Jr." is Kayley's sixth production at Queen's Grant. Before taking on the role of nurturing mama duck Ida, she played the well-meaning but misguided Mrs. Gloop in "Willy Wonka, Jr.," and dabbled in treachery as the Queen of Hearts in "Alice in Wonderland" and Cruella DeVil in "101 Dalmatians." She played in the ensemble in "Yes, Virginia"; and in kindergarten, she first sang on the QG stage as a caterpillar in "Becoming a Butterfly." Kayley has traveled to Atlanta the past two years for Junior Theater Festival and looks forward to continuing her theatrical pursuits next year in high school. She loves all things musical, including singing in the QG choir and at church, playing in the band, and wandering around the house with earbuds stuck in her head.
