Legally Blonde is one of my favourite, feel good musicals and I have had so much fun working with this great music and content. I am so incredibly proud of all that our students have achieved working on this fun piece of Broadway repertoire.
From auditions, held in 2016 to rehearsals that commenced during Musical Theatre classes, this journey has been a long and rewarding one.
This production would not be possible without the expertise of our great team. They have worked tirelessly with our students this year to prepare them across a range of genres for this show and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for sharing their passion with our students.
For her dedication and commitment to making our dancers look the very best they can, I’d like to thank Lazette Johnson for the many hours she spends dedicated to our costuming. I would also like to thank Jennifer Pritchard, Broni Craig, Lee Wood and Sean O'Brien for their contribution to the costuming and sets for todays performance.
Thank you for allowing your children to share their love of dance with me and my caring, supportive staff. This year has been full of exciting opportunities for our students & as your child’s dance teachers we want you to know that we have loved watching each & every dancer learn & improve as their build self esteem grows with every class they attend.
At Port Macquarie Performing Arts, we pride ourselves on providing a family atmosphere with the best technical training and the utmost professionalism to every aspect of our dance studio.
I congratulate all of our students on their hard work & dedication this year, and wait in anticipation to see them continue their journey. We know that we couldn’t do what we do without the support & encouragement from our dance parents, thank you for making dance an important part of your child’s learning.
