Thanks Platte Valley Players & Kelly Van Oosbree for this return to her Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) roots. She spent almost 14 years bringing educational programs to elementary schools. Arlene is a Westword “Best of Denver”, Marlowe and CTG Henry award winner. Her favorite roles include Christmas Eve in Ave Q, Ilana in Animals Out of Paper, Camilla Rosario in In the Heights, and the Engineer in Miss Saigon. She hopes Tomas inspires you to dream big, reach far and share your gifts with the world.

as Library Lady/Nightmare Teacher

 is delighted to help tell this lovely story with some of the loveliest artists in Colorado. Previously, you may have seen her in PVP's productions of Nunsense (Mary Leo) and 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive). Other credits include 1776 (Abigail), Mary Poppins (Mary), Ave Q (Kate/Lucy), West Side Story (Maria), The Secret Garden (Lily), The Sound of Music (Maria), and Shrek the Musical (Fiona). Carolyn holds bachelor degrees in theatre and vocal performance and a master of the arts in education. She'd like to thank everyone in attendance for investing in the arts and keeping theatre companies alive!
