The Wizard of Oz (RSC 1987) - July 13 - July 15, 2018

Phillips County Community Theater

 Acknowledgements

I am always grateful to the communities of people that come together when we start working on a big musical. It takes an incredible number of people to make a show like this happen so there are lots of people to thank.

First, thank you to the generous foundations who contribute making it possible for us to put on a show of this magnitude:

Dane G. Hansen Foundation

Darwin and Lorene Cole Foundation

Albert & Lona Morgan Charitable Fund

Armstrong Foundation

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped build, sew, paint, and create the details of the show before you. Special thanks to Noel Smith who welded the base for the rotating stage. You fabricated that based on a phone conversation and it works beautifully. To the lovely sewing assistants who worked feverishly during rehearsals and on Saturdays in the dressing room and those who worked from their homes. We would not look this good without you.

Thank you to the staff at Sawyer's Ace Hardware. You always know just where to find what we need no matter how many times I come in a day.

Thank you to the Phillipsburg Homestore and Heartland Building for keeping us going with supplies for this large build.

Thank you to Sign Solutions for the great looking banner.

Thank you to Graphics Central for printing the Playbills. They are so great for memories.

Thank you to Phillips County Health Systems for sponsoring and hosting the Pre-Show Party. It is always fun to meet the characters and have a snack before the show.

Thank you to White's Foodliner for the food trays. It's important to keep a small army fed and happy over several shows and you help us make that possible.

I big thank you to Tad Felts and My Phillips County Online for having us on the show so many times. It is always good to visit with you and get to share what we are working on at the same time.

Thank you to Rachel Martin for taking cast photos. I so appreciate the gift of your time and talent to help us look amazing and remember these times.

Thank you to Kim Pakkebier and PTV from Phillipsburg High School for recording this production.

As much as I tried to remember all the people who help make this show awesome, I have likely forgotten someone. Please forgive me. As you can see there are so many people who have a hand in making this show come together. We love getting to do these musicals and so appreciate this community for suporting us.
