Alanah Allen
as SHE
Alanah Allen is a New York-based actor, born and raised in Australia who holds a Masters of Fine Art in Acting from the prestigious Actors Studio Drama School. During her time living in the US Alanah’s performance credits include Spite, Single Asain Female, The Green Hill, Permanent Fixtures and Bright White Light. Prior to this, Alanah has worked in prestigious houses throughout Australia including Theatre Works, La Mama Theatre and fortyfivedownstairs. Alanah is overjoyed to be amongst the wonderful artists sharing the story of Cocoon with you.

Helen Farmer

Helen Farmer (she/her) regional credits include: Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, The Stratford Festival, Crossroads Theater, The Classical Theatre Lab, Shakespeare in the Rough, Theatre and Co, Dorset Theatre, and Co-Lab Arts. New York theatre includes work with Ensemble Studio Theatre, Project Y Theatre, Boundless Theatre Project. Originally Canadian, Helen was trained as an improviser at Keith Johnstone’s Loose Moose Theater, worked at Toronto’s Second City and is a veteran of several Fringe Festival shows. Most recently, Helen lent her vocal talents to a fictional podcast series “The Lovely Dark”. Helen received an MFA in acting from Rutgers University’s MGSA. She is a member of the Acting faculty at Molloy/Cap 21 and a certified Alexander Technique teacher.
