Director's Note
I really enjoy being able to pull off a good classic. However, it takes a really strong cast when you have five individuals with a ton of lines on a single set. If that's not hard enough, it's British dialects written in an older format.
I have that cast and crew. Everyone has worked incredibly hard. It's been a lot of fun backstage poking holes at old grammar and trying to be serious with someone you want to poke between the eyes. There has been major antiquing going on behind the scenes to find set and prop pieces from all kinds of sources. It's truly the kind of team that keeps "play" in the theatre, and I'm so proud to be part of this production!
