 Who's Who

  • Claire King head shot

    Claire King

    as Ouiser Boudreaux

Claire King is new to the Hillsborough stage but has been active in film, theatre and commercials in the Triad area. She has worked with Burlington's Gallery Players, The Broach, Fly By Night Theatre Company, Open Space, and Greensboro Drama Center. She is active in the Playwrights' Forum and her second play being produced is this month. She also is an usher as well as a Assistant House Manager at Triad Stage. Although her favorite role was a cockroach, Ouiser is one of her dream roles. When not seeing or doing theatre she is an avid bridge player, active in her church and with Meals On Wheels and Boston Terrier Rescue of NC. She lives in Burlington with four Boston Terrors and Betty, an evil, black demon Pug from hell. She is dedicating her performance to Jackee Abercrombie, her line coach, dear friend and constant audience member. You are missed.

  • Susan LeGrand head shot

    Susan LeGrand

    as M'Lynn Eatenton

Susan LeGrand is thrilled to be in her first OCP production and honored to play such a great character. Other roles she has enjoyed performing include Sister Aloysius in DOUBT, the Wardrobe in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and Joanne in COMPANY. What a fun journey it has been creating this strong group of friends with such a talented bunch of ladies! She thanks everyone for being so welcoming, Lisa for the opportunity, and her husband and kids for their encouragement and for advising her on southern accents!

  • Dawn Rasinske head shot

    Dawn Rasinske

    as Clairee Belcher

Dawn Rasinske is glad to be back for her 3rd production with OCP. Previous roles have included Mrs. Irma Slocum in THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER, and a "chorus member/cheese maker/ineligible bachelorette at the ball" in CINDERELLA. When she's not homeschooling her 4 kiddos she enjoys running, singing and crocheting! Dawn wishes to thank her hubby Johnny for supporting her many hours away from the family, while this midwestern girl prepared for the role of Clairee. And much love and thanks to her 4 great kids for simply being 4 great kids :)
